What level of cover does your event require?
As a leading training organisation, we take pride in ensuring our responders are prepared for anything and receive the best possible training. Have peace of mind, knowing that unlike other providers, Complete Response Solutions upholds the highest standards for all Event Health Services personnel.
First Responders and Advanced Responders
A Complete Response Solutions First Responder may holds a Certificate II in Emergency Medical Service First Response or similar, whereas a Complete Response Solutions Advanced Responder holds a Certificate III in Basic Health Care or similar. In addition to this qualification, all Complete Response Solutions Responders also hold the following qualifications:
- Provide Advanced First Aid (recertified every three years)
- Provide Pain Management (recertified every 12 months)
- Certificate in Emergency Spinal Care (recertified every 12 months)
- Provide Advanced Resuscitation (recertified every 12 months)
Registered Paramedics
Registered Paramedics with Complete Response Solutions are guaranteed to be fully qualified and registered with current industry experience (being currently employed by the statutory ambulance service and/or having a Certificate to Practice and registered with AHPRA).
For those who hold the qualifications but are not currently employed by the statutory service, a clinical level of First Responders and Advanced Responders is authorised instead.
Registered Nurses
A Complete Response Solutions Registered Nurse (RN) must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. RNs may be working in a variety of environments such as critical care (eg. Emergency Department or Intensive Care) and are credentialled to deliver a number of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to patients with life-threatening conditions.
RNs bring a wealth of experience and are accredited to independently carry out a number of interventions as well as provide a range of medications.
Complete Response Solutions has received specific inclusion for its clinicians, including RNs to be Authorised Persons in the Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Regulation 2008, meaning Complete Response Solutions has the highest credentialling, and our nurses truly have an independent scope of practice and do not work from “standing orders” or “phone orders” from doctors who may not even be on-site at your event.
