We provide Paramedics, Nurses, and Medical Staff to sporting and recreational events at Club, State, National and International levels. What sets us apart from other providers is that we recognize a legitimate and genuine need for patient safety and quality of service within the current Community Medical Industry. Our team of Health Care Professionals (HCP) includes Registered Paramedics and Registered Nurses who have their skills reassessed annually. You can take comfort in knowing that staff at CRS 24/7 have a strong background in patient care, therefore can identify and assess as well as manage a patient with multiple complex injuries. We also specialize in Workplace Response, Injury, and Return@Work Service, Workplace Patient Transport within the Greater Sydney area, Drug and Alcohol Testing, and First Aid Training in partnership with Allens Training RTO 90909.
We have an ACT and NSW Health Private Paramedic Authority and Wholesale Licences. Our drug scope is equivalent to or greater than all state medical services in Australia.

Zach Jackson
Founder and Director
Zach completed his schooling in Toowoomba in 2002 and completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree at USQ. Whilst studying he volunteered with a number of organisations with the provision of First Aid Services, working up to the rank of Divisional Nursing Officer for South West Qld within SJAA. In 2007 he started work at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane before moving to The Royal Children's Hospital in 2008. Over the following years, he worked in many and varied settings throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Christmas Island, and Toowoomba. In addition, an interest in occupational medicine began while working part-time at The Health Advantage in Toowoomba. Occupational medicine and front line medical management are two strong interests that have resulted in the creation of Complete Response Solutions. Zach has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Paramedicine from Charles Sturt University. He is a Registered Nurse as well as a Registered Paramedic with AHPRA. This company is well-credentialed in the services it provides due to Zach's passion in these areas.
Dr Melody Jackson
Clinical Governance
Melody Jackson is a Medical Officer. Melody advanced her career by completing a Medical Degree at the University of Notre Dame in Sydney and currently works in private practice. She has a large volume of experience to share with our personnel through her clinical and practical knowledge base, enabling her to review all critical incidents as well as the administration of medications.
