Complete Response Solutions CRS has a rolling recruitment process for staff, with a heavier recruitment process over the winter months. We employ a wide range of staff with a medical background, including but not limited to state ambulance and defence medics, emergency and intensive care nurses as well as emergency doctors. We also engage tertiary paramedic students currently studying university courses to work as part of our team at larger events. As a part of requirement process new employees are required to undertake a series of mentored/supervised shifts before being deployed and accredited to practice independently on behalf of CRS. As a part of our induction program new recruits are expected to undertake and demonstrate extensive clinical skills training and assessment. In addition, we will provide training around customer service and conflict resolution.
Complete Response Solutions assists all employees to undertake internal and external training. This is supported by all employees undertaking an induction programme and completing mentored and supervised shifts until they deemed suitable to and safely to work independently. All Advanced Life Support clinicians undertake a reaccreditation externally as required.
Applicants for employment must be working towards a tertiary qualification (Paramedical Science, Registered Nurse or MBBS) are required to hold, or commit to undertake, a current Apply First Aid, Basic Life Support and/or a Pool Lifeguard Certificate/Bronze Medallion and have relevant field experience.
