Clinical Governance Committee
Complete Response Solutions has various levels of clinical accreditation, each providing a unique skill set. To assist with the management of these clinical accreditation levels, Complete Response Solutions has a Clinical Framework and Clinical Governance Committee. This provides independent oversight on the scope of practice for all responder levels and ensures consistent treatment and protocols are practiced. A review framework also ensures that any update in practices across the country are monitored and reviewed by a panel of senior Health Care Professionals prior to implementation into protocols.
Standards and working groups
Complete Response Solutions believes strongly in ensuring that event organisers and the public of NSW are protected when engaging suppliers of event health services. Complete Response Solutions (NSW) is currently represented on several government working groups to achieve this goal.
Complete Response Solutions is represented on the current working group for the protection of the title Paramedic. This group will work to formalise the requirements for who can use the term Paramedic in NSW, as it is currently not a protected title. This will give event organisers and members of the public confidence in a level of consistency when engaging suppliers.
Complete Response Solutions is also currently working with NSW Health representatives in creating first aid and health services standards for all event organisers. This will enable a greater level of consistency across events and ensure that event health services suppliers are providing an adequate level of coverage to the public. Complete Response Solutions is the only non-government organisation represented on this working group.
