Event staff roles

This table is aimed at assisting events we provide medical coverage to identify what we offer to ensure the event runs smoothly even when challenges present.

Event Liaison Officer

Complete Response Solutions aims to partner with  your onsite liaison Officer. This facilitates smooth, efficient and timely communication between your event coordinators and our CRS 24/7 First Aid Commander.

First Aid Commander

The First Aid Commander is in charge of all CRS24/7 staffing matters within the event, incident response teams and recourse management at your event.

Communications Officer

CRS 24/7 Communications Officers have specific training in managing all communication internally within the event by radio and facilitating calls to the State Ambulance Service. The Communications Officer is also in charge of managing access to internet for clinical records under the CRS 24/7 Electronic Medical Records System. At major events our Communications Officer will request to be co-located with the communication/liaison officers for other services onsite, thus allowing rapid and accurate transfer of information between organisations, allowing a timely response to patrons.

All Complete Response Solutions Doctors are registered to practice in Australia with training in advanced life support and event medicine.

All Complete Response Solutions Nurses, such as Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are registered to practice with Critical Care and/or Emergency Department experience.

All Complete Response Solutions Paramedics hold current employment with a State Ambulance Service and are Fully Qualified.

First Responders

Our First Responders hold Advanced First Aid or other nationally recognized competencies and generally are from a Nursing background, Paramedical background; or are Medical students or graduated Health Care Professionals awaiting registration within Australia. These individual have excellent English communication and may have experience from conflict zones aboard.

Bicycle Emergency Response Team (BERT). Our BERT team is made up from operationally ready individuals who can operate as an individual responder or in pairs. The advantage of individual responsders from our BERT team ensure that a health care professional will be onsite at the scene of an incident in the shortest possible time, able to feed back critical information to our event commander and control staff to ensure the mast appropriate care is provided. Our BERT team in comparison to that of other Medical Providers in NSW is made up of health care professionals, such as Nurses and Paramedics with years of experience within the State Health systems, not someone who has simply completed a basic one or three day first aid course and happens to be available on the day on your event. In addition, have a spread of adequately experienced and qualified staff across the length of your event ensures all spectators and competitors receive the the highest level of medical care, limiting the possibility of further injury, deterioration and in some cases death.

We ensure all staff receive appropriate supervision from Health Care Professionals in medical centres and ongoing skills maintenance.

This focus ensures knowledge is maintained in the event environment and the most appropriate care is maintained for all patrons within your event.

With Complete response Solutions capacity to treat many patients on site, we aim to reduce the impact on existing public health services where appropriate.
